NHS Negligence - Cut to Baby From Caesarean Section

Click here to make an enquiry.

It is not uncommon for the baby to sustain a cut in the course of delivery by caesarean section; it occurs when the womb is incised. It is a matter of degree whether such a cut amounts to negligence. If the cut is more serious than superficial – requires stitching and leaves a significant scar there may be grounds for a compensation claim.

If your baby suffered a cut during a C-Section requiring stitching you should contact MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE TEAM on 0800 246 11 22 or complete the form below and we will call you back.
